my roommate, fiancã©e, and i are looking for a roommate to share a large new house. we are fairly quiet, laid back, and easy to get along with. there is never drama in our house. we are monk-ish clean (without the ocd), so we need to find someone just as clean. we are looking for someone with a professional (non-service) career.the room is available june 15th. the room is on the second floor. it’s 10'x13' with laminate floor, a private tiled bathroom, and a small walk-in closet. the 2-story house has a large living room, security system, and security window tint. there is also a nice backyard patio. the rent is $600 a month total. we have u-verse tv and internet with 18 mb download speeds. the entire house is wired with ethernet, and wireless is also available. the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. we have a whole-house water softener and whole-house water filter. the washer and dryer are brand new and wonderfully quiet. the bottom floor is also tile.i have two cats. one is a mute, well-behaved/calm, friendly/loving cat. she is my baby girl and dear to me. i also have a playful two year old bobtail cat that will talk to you. there is not any more room for another pet. to be our roommate, you must be very pet-friendly and able to keep the outside doors closed and locked.i am a 35 yr old, white male and will be married may 31. i'm a former u.s. infantry marine and i am now a control systems engineer. i am extremely clean and organized, respectful and courteous. i prefer the a/c kept around 76 degrees. i'm not a social butterfly. i keep to myself by watching movies, playing my wii, or simply working on my computer. i do not smoke and i do drink occasionally.my fiancã©e is also an engineer. she isn’t quite as organized, but i do a bit of tidying up behind her.my roommate is also thirty-something, straight white male and also extremely clean and organized.most importantly, we respect your privacy and expect the same. the house is located at morton rd and greenhouse.
