i have a great room to rent out in a very nice house located in a good, safe neighborhood in katy. house has a great covered back patio with a large back yard, nice kitchen, large living spaces and tile floors throught the house with the exception of the bedrooms. rent amount includes all bills (cable, internet (wi-fi), electricity, gas and water). i am a fairly quiet person at home. i have friends over frequently, but am pretty much past the partying stage of my life. i work professional hours, and am looking for a roommate who has somewhat normal school/work hours. i do stay pretty busy, so i'm not home all the time. i have two little dogs who are very sweet, so whoever moves in must love dogs because mine will love you!
