nicest furnished room close to medical center houstonless than 20 min driving from medical center. recently renovated home, each spacious room is fully furnished with a double size bed, matching dresser, night stand, mini fridge available, blazing fast internet (75mbps), fully equipped kitchen (right down to forks and spoons) washer, dryer, clothes iron and stand, you name it we probably have it. with 50” flat screen tv and a nice sectional sofa you probably would wanna show off your pad. totally neat and quiet. room has locking door. windows blinds. all bills paid. street or drive way parking.

rent: $525.00 per month. (special discount for ex. military, junior college, university grads)
conditions: no lease, (leave with a month’s notice, min stay 2 months) deposit $250.00, adults only, no pets, smoking, drugs, couples or drama.
