we are renting the 1st floor bedroom/bathroom in a 2200 sqft townhome close to downtown. this is a big room that fits a king sized bed plus table/desk or sofa/lounge area. this is a very nicely fully furnished house with rooftop with downtown views. we can rent the room furnished or unfurnished depending on your needs. we are 2 professionals living in the house at the moment. minimum lease is one year. the rent of 1200 usd includes everything: internet, alarm system/security, directv, electricity, gas, water, sewer, garbage disposal, biweekly cleaning of the house and your room, yard maintenance, washer/dryer use). parking is off street. we also require a deposit of 1200 usd. we will do a background check and will also need proof of funds. we currently have an 8 year old cat living in the house as well. the last 2 pictures show the bedroom and bathroom.
