looking for another guy to share my bedroom/2 bath apt with a washer/dryer in the unit for $400. the place is fully furnished with a queen-sized bed, rightdown to linens. just move in! however, i can put stuff in storage if you have and prefer you own bedroom furnishings. the complex has a nice new workout room, pool, and cypercafe, and it is close to uhcl, ellington, hobby, and nasa. easy access to i-45, beltway, and hwy. 3. close to a park-n-ride (if you don't want to commute), shopping, and restaurants. it's about 20-30 minutes to downtown on a normal rush hour.
i'm a divorced, white, non-smoking public school teacher. in addition to rent, utilities run +/- $100 each monthly which includes satellite tv in all rooms, internet,electric, and water/garbage. give me a shout 281-753-8706.
