deposit of 50% of mo. rental due upon signing of lease-remaining 50% within 30 days or other written agreement.

there is a large back yard that faces a deep ravine into a large creek bed, very pretty & rural, while the front yard is facing a secured neighborhood.
smoking in home does have regulations.
