the home is located 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from white oaks shopping center and richmond international airport. its in a quiet residential neighborhood in varina. the monthly rent is $750, which includes access to a hallway bathroom (which will be shared with the second housemate), common areas in the house, washer/dryer, a parking space in the driveway and all utilities (water, sewer, trash, electric and gas) including wi-fi. one room is furnished and the other is unfurnished. there is no cable in the home. no pets allowed.

i am looking for 2 female housemates (preferably a grad student or young professional) who is quiet, responsible, mild-mannered, respectful, non-smoker/non-drinker and knows how to clean up after themselves. no guests including overnight guests will be allowed in the home. the rental period must be a minimum of 6 months, renewable up to 4 times, for a maximum period of 2 years. you will be required to sign a rental/lease agreement upon move in. all interested candidates, please respond to this post. serious inquiries only.
