i am looking for someone to take my place in the fall. i have already signed the lease but some things have gotten in the way and i am unable to move down. the move in date isn't till august 16th. the apartment is very nice. there is a possibility you may get your own bathroom as well. there will be a boy (20) and a girl (20) living there. they are both very friendly and easy to get along with. there also may be a dog that will probably be kept mostly in the girl’s room. you will have your own room and each room has a patio connected. please take time to consider. if you are interested please contact me. thank you!
