this listing is actually for my mom who is an active widow in good health. she is retired but works part time at her church day care center. she is very active in church and would love to find someone with the same type of values. yes, that means old fashioned and no overnight male guests.the house is 2000+ sq feet with 4 br's and 3 baths. the bedroom is furnished and rent includes utilitues and wifi for most legal purposes (shame i need to wirte that). for the most part, you will have your own bathroom. it is the main bath in the hallway that guests use when visiting. you will have access to the community areas of the house including kitchen and laundry. you will be expected to clean up after yourself and help to maintain all the community areas. you will provide your own food and toiletries.
my mother has 2 small dogs that she keeps in the back area of the house with her. there is also an alarm system for security and sufficient street parking directly in front of the house. the nieghborhood is mostly retired military who look out for each other. (when i grew up there i thought they were just nosey neighbors. now i love that they are so connected.)
