i have a 3 bed 2 bath 1600 sg ft house with 24x24 detached garage i bought about a year ago. recent events are allowing me to rent out a 12x12 bedroom. furnishings are optional so if you need them, i might be able to help. i have a dog so some pets might be negotiable and will require a pet deposit. i'm busy with work and school so i'm not home real often. neighborhood and area is quiet for the most part. guests are ok as long as they are respectable and they or you clean up after them. all utilities, cable, and internet are included with rent. you will have your own bathroom that i wouldn't use but houseguests would. you can smoke outside but no drugs please. i'll respect you and your things as long as you do the same for me.
