2 rooms to rent. i am military and i have a 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom apartment. my current roommates are leaving this week and i need to fill the other 2 rooms asap. apartment complex is called northampton village and it is located off of orcutt ave although it is located in a newport news zip code it is still located in hampton city limits. i am looking to rent the rooms out because i am tasked to leave at the beginning of november and want to simply pass the apartment on to someone instead of breaking the lease. i want someone to join on the lease and to have others in the house to offset the rent so it's not as expensive with rent and utilities being split between everyone. the rent is 1100 a month plus 50-60 for water and sewage. rooms are all in great conditiong and are clean. $500 is required before/at time of move in and i will have you added to the rental agreement.
