i am seeking a roomate(s) to take over our portion ( my boyfriend and i ) of the lease for a 2 bedroom apartment and bills . your name will be added to the lease when ours are taken off because the community does not allow subletting. the communities name is wilsondale apartments. the remainder of the lease is about 6 months and you will need to come into the rental office to qualify to reside in the apartment through the process of adding someone to the lease. the apartment includes a full size washer and dryer, dishwasher and full access to the apartment.
the room that you will be occupying is very spacious ( currently holds a queen size bed, 3 dressers and a mini fridge) with some room to spare. you will have your own private bathroom that is attached to the bedroom with separate entrances to entrances to the bedroom and bathroom.
there is also one other person currently occupying the apartment and she has a cat. your portion of the rent will be $527 for one person or $263.33 each for 2 people. also, all the bills together usually run about $100 to $120 for one person or about $50 to $60 depending on usage. these prices include electric and water use.
pets are allowed and the apartment is in a pretty good part of hampton. it is located on n. king st and its very close to shopping ,convenient stores and grocery stores. the community gym is also open 24 hours which is very convenient for late night or early morning workouts! the neighborhood is quiet and also includes a pool for resident use.
we are looking to move someone in by the end of february or early march if everything goes well with the leasing process. let me know if you are interested asap so we can get the ball rolling ! :)
