need a roommate starting the middle of march for a 6-12 month lease. $685 includes all utilities.

the apartment complex is one of the best in greenville with a pool, car care center and gym. the office staff and maintenance people are great. only 10 minutes from downtown and close to shopping.

washer/dyer is included in the apartment and you would have your own room and bathroom. rent including all utilities would be around $675 per person.

i work 8:30 to 6:00 but sometimes work even later.

i'm looking for someone considerate, clean and professional. i'd prefer someone in their mid 20s - mid 30s. looking for a female who is quiet and won't have parties.
please no smokers and no children or pets.
