this room is the larger one of the two we have for rent. it will include all utilities, minor furnishings (a bed and desk), high speed wifi, optional tv, use of laundry in my house, use of the kitchen and living room, driveway parking, and some other interesting perks only available if you ask me about them.the deposit for the room is $250 and doesn't include the pet deposit. that is separate. the only major rule we have is no smoking in the house, if you must smoke, it must be outside and butts need to be placed in the ashtray provided. (i have chickens and if they eat cigarette butts they can die, some of my birds are very expensive)
