No pets spacious two bedroom one bath townhome. Laundry unit is a shared laundry space with neighbor. The lights, water, and wifi bill are all included in the monthly charge. Must be generally a tidy person who picks up after themselves and moderately quiet because I like to be mindful of my neighbors. The location is basically right behind Maplewoods College.
