$700 furnished, but can take out also.renting one 12x13 bedroom (has one window and french door, both with blinds and closet and ceiling fan & cable ready) in condo, top floor, very quiet. bedroom has deck & one storage closet (w/light/temperature control) in condo. no pets, non-smoker, female only, will consider with child under 7 (as you'd share condo with mom/7 year old).

want asap for 12-18 mos.
i own the condo, am very neat.
fully furnished. parking is on street in division.
i'd provide a shelf in garage for storage also.
i do have w/d in unit. i keep temp in house around 72 in house. not hot/never cold, just right.
would want good rental history, credit check, one month deposit.
cashiers check or money order only for rent/deposit.
want another stable parent and/or working mom, ideally.
low-key. do not travel.
must love stairs (good workout), as i'm on top 2 floors of 4 story condo.
