we are empty nesters who have decided that instead of downsizing we will rent out our upstairs space. this makes a roomy 2 bedroom apartment (could be 1 bedroom and office) with private bath. add den (used to be the game room) with awesome view for an extra $100. we would share our kitchen and laundry room downstairs and gorgeous backyard oasis which includes spa/pool and large deck with a view of a canal and fountain. this place is furnished or you can bring your own stuff. we think this would be ideal for someone single, retired or separated/divorced. we are flexible on the lease length. outside smokers only.
