i'm a professional single mother of 3 boys, 2 of whom i have part time. included with your rent: free wifi/cable, free electro/water/gas/garbage, access to w/d, shared bathroom, parking space in driveway, shared game room, kitchen, ect. trampoline, fire pit and gas and charcoal grill available for use. i have 2 cats so sorry you can't have pets. the last picture is of my sons and myself. no smokers, no drugs, no obnoxious parties.

$200 deposit, $50 background check fee per adult. $700 per month for rent
