sweet new house in fredericksburg with honest, respectful, kind and clean umw students-professionals in search of the same. we have a private room for rent-$450.00. (woman only -have to share a bathroom.) partially furnished or unfurnished. a larger room with a tremendous walk-in closet for $500.00. just 5 minutes or less from umw, stores, down town and i95... we have street parking, community center, fitness room, pool, tennis courts. wireless internet, tv. laundry room, great open kitchen. no drugs, or smoking of anything in the house. outside smoking may be considered. normal hours from 7am-midnight honesty and respect are the two most important qualities we look for in other roommates. shared house work for the common areas that you use. utilities are divided, average $65.00 per month, no pets~free credit check and background report required~ unless we know you.
