the bottom level of town house available, one bedroom, living room, private bathroom, storage, closet,walk out basement. also, shares kitchen (will also share kitchen utensils/cooking wear if respectful) and laundry machines; living with mid 20's couple. couches, lamps, coffee table included in living room if desired, all utilities included; verizon fios, premium cable, wifi all included as well. i'm laid back and real easy going, but neat freak about the kitchen because that is shared. i keep everything pretty clean as well. :]

prefer female, no smoking, can be social, but not partying every night, no cats (allergic),will consider small dog and other pets as i have a 6lb yorkie, the friendliest most well behaved dog ever. :]
