welcome home! you have the best bedroom in the house. your room is large, clean and furnished. recently painted, your room has two closets and new wood floors. our home is only 11 years old and fully loaded. the laundry room is conveniently located upstairs. our two story home has three bedrooms, with two full and one half bath. you have full run of the house and your guests are welcomed. there's plenty of space for parking on double-wide driveway. there are two phone lines in your room which can be activated as well as cable and you're welcomed to run your home computer from my wireless motem at no charge.

rent includes all utilities. there is no long term lease. technically, this is a weekly rental but we're flexible in terms of how often you wish to pay your rent.....the choice is yours.

we are empty nesters. my husband works during the day and i work from home office. we have just one professional female tenant who resides in smaller bedroom working the night shift. we have no pets and we do smoke. i work hard to keep home aired out and fresh. we love to cook around here and we have tons of books. we are looking for a single person with transportation and job.

the location is fantastic. we're just off of route 2 and close to downtown fredericksburg as well as the massaponnax area. easy access to spotsylvania mall and interstate 95.
