unfurnished bedroom in flower mound townhome in nice gated apt complex with great pool and workout area.non-smoker - must pass required background check - utilities are covered by rent - no additional costs - no deposit required.
bedroom is upstairs with full private bath and walk in closet - high speed wireless internet provided and potentially cable but again the room is unfurnished except for a nice queen blow up mattress - full access to washer/dryer - have about every kitchen gadget/appliance you can think of if you like to cook - i love to.
garage space with remote for gate access/garage access.
have my boys (10yo) every other weekend and varied holidays during the school year and weeks at a time during the summer - they do not disturb anything of yours nor ever go into your room/area - have had a roommate for about a year and he is transferring out of tx.
i work from home so here almost all of the time.
i have a dog - very friendly - no other pets allowed.
if you are a very clean person and would like to keep the place clean would definitely discuss cleaning services for reduced rent.
