1. wonderful location in the center of north virginia
+ super near work in tysons corner, and the fun area (tysons mall) (i get to work in tysons/mclean within 7-8 minutes)
+ 4 min walk to two nice shopping/dining centers including whole foods, trader joe's, starbucks, peet's coffee & tea, restaurants, fast-foods etc.
+ 2 min walk to buses
+ ~25 min walk/ 4min drive to metro station (silver line)

2. excellent price. i've lived in north virginia for several years now, and this complex is great value given the location, the large space and trees, and the good maintenance/ cleanliness

3. nice apartment with open view. top level (in 3-floor building) so you don't need to hear neighbors walking above you. nice quiet neighborhood, and yet right near the fun area. there's a large summer pool as well.

4. large parking lots (free). it's easy, and right in front of the apartment

5. well-maintained: ac, heat, internet, water etc. work very well
