i am currently looking for someone to sublease my room in a 3br house in falls church and is available immediately. the house is shared with one other roommate a 28 year old female who is fun, outgoing, laidback, sports fan, and respectful. the rent is 825 plus utilities. the house has a washer/dryer, spacious and sunny living room/dinning area, and hardwood floors. the room is large and currently fits a queen bed, six drawer dresser, two night stands, as well as a desk and chair with plenty of walking room. there is lots of room for your belongings including storage in the garage or extra bedroom. the house is pet friendly has a large backyard with a enclosed patio/deck that is over 600sq feet great during the warmer weather especially for grilling. it is very close to west falls church metro, 10 minutes to tyson's corner and walking distance to old town falls church bars, shops, and grocery stores. i am relocating and the room is available immediately or when you are ready to move and there is no deposit required. the lease lasts until the end of november and has the possibility of renewing if you care to. let me know if you would be interested in the place, seeing pics or have any questions.
