a great room in a great location available for rent. i moved in a week ago but need to relocate to boston, so my room is now available.

located between 495, 7, and 66 it is in a perfect location for any commute. parking is included and the mall is about 3 miles away. the falls church metro is about a 15 minute walk but there is also a shuttle that picks you up right at the front door.

it is a two bedroom, one bathroom with a massive living room and nice kitchen. there is a washer and dryer in the unit, a pool on site, a gym in the building, and grills outside for anyone to use. the community really takes care of everything. you only pay rent, electric, and cable/internet.

there is one roommate, a great guy and extremely easy to live with. he is also a penn state grad.

we are looking for a young male professional to sign onto the rest of the lease. don't miss out on this great room.
