my wife and i have a large home located in beautiful fairview, texas just off stacey road. close to shopping and restaurants and an easy commute to 75, 121 or 380 . i'm a retired fire captain and my wife and i are now empty nesters. we're offering two or three bedrooms to rent. all are located upstairs along along with a family/tv room, bathroom, outside deck and use of the rest of the home .our ideal roommate is someone that works full-time outside of the home and is looking for a place to stay for 6+ months. you must be a trustworthy professional who will appreciate roomates with the same values as yours.
we have a cat and a golden retriever who spend time in and out of the home.
two bedrooms are furnished and one is not currently furnished, rent does not include utilities.
we will have an open house on 3 days where you will be able to view the rooms and if you are interested, submit an application.
open house on: october 21st from 5pm to 9pm, october 22nd from 10am to 2pm and october 23rd from 1pm to 5pm.
lease will begin november 1, 2016.
