two young professional females seeking a roommate. rent is $700 a month plus utilities. we are very clean, laid back and fun girls. not to mention our location is awesome! our place is a 5 minute walk to downtown shopping and restaurants, a 10 minute walk to the train station and a 3 to 6 minute drive to local beaches.you would have a private room to yourself with a closet. there are 1.5 bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, and a basement for storage. the apartment also includes a deck, and a driveway to park your car.
