about the condo:3 br 2 ba 1400 sf townhouse style condo in a gated community in fair lakes. close to several lakes with jogging paths. corner unit, washer/dryer, balcony, dishwasher, gas fireplace, carpeted in all rooms. three level unit (level 1 = garage, level 2 = living/dining room, kitchen, and washer/dryer, level 3 = 3 bedrooms). no one lives above the bedrooms, so its quiet! access to community pool, community rec center (weights, universal machine, ellipticals, treadmills, etc). common rooms are fully furnished. there is a garage, balcony, and gas fireplace. close proximity to i66, 495, and major commuting routes. close to shopping, restaurants, and fair oaks mall.
about the room:
bedroom is approximately 11' x 13' (same size as master br) with average closet (currently has sliding doors and approx 6' wide). ceiling fan with light installed. the guest bathroom would be yours (its right outside of the room).
rent:
$950/mo covers rent and all utilities (incl. wireless internet and cable tv), access to pool, and access to gym. prefer atleast a 3 month lease, but month to month is negotiable. security deposit = one months rent.
about us:
i am a 30 y/o straight male professional looking to rent a room in my townhouse/condo. my girlfriend and i currently occupy the master bedroom. i enjoy sports, and am on a few rec league teams. i drink on occasion, and will smoke a cigar on occasion, but not inside. i will also have a weight set in the garage that you can use. we do have two very small dogs. they are very friendly.
