room available on 8/1/2010 in apartment located in the reserve at fairfax corner. the location is perfect, right next to the shopping complex at fairfax corner with the movie theatre. there are many restaurants to choose from within walking distance, coastal flats, pf changs, etc. and wegmans is right down the street. the fair lakes shopping center is 5 mins away and fair oaks mall is right around the corner. there are a variety of ammenities on the property, pool, gym, etc. and even the occassional happy hour sponsored by the front office. major roads are very accessable, rt 66, 50, 29, west ox & the fairfax county parkway. i am a 32 yr old professional male, gay and allergic to cats, so you must be either male or female, gay or gay-friendly, fun yet professional and i'd prefer no pets..maybe a dog, but depends on what kind.. please contact me with any inquiries. thanks.
