hi! i am looking for a roommate for a 144 sq. ft. bedroom with bathroom. room has spacious vaulted ceilings, trendy curtain closet doors (as seen on pinterest, so you know it's charming), and two windows that allows a lot of natural light into the room. shared living space includes stairway entrance, extremely spacious living room with skylight, washer/dryer, dishwasher in kitchen, hall closet, and balcony with gorgeous view of the pool. (pool pass included with rental free of charge!) most of my living room furniture and kitchen table can go if you have your own.(also, to clarify, i'm okay with smokers but it *must* be done outside on the balcony. and pet owners would probably have to pay a pet deposit fee. the owner's rules, not mine!)
location is prime: right next to rt 50 and fairfax county parkway with 66 and 28 only a few miles away. the greenbriar shopping center with bonefish grill, dogfish head, buffalo wing factory, etc. are walking distance.
$725 a month, plus one time additional security deposit of $725, and only utilities are cable and electricity. one reserved parking space is included and it is all yours. lease term is negotiable as well as move-in date (sooner, not later).
a little bit about myself: i'm a 26 year old female who teaches preschool full time and attends george mason university to finish my undergrad. i'm pretty clean and respectful of shared living spaces and i am looking for a roommate that is the same! i enjoy reading, netflix, wine, impulse amazon prime shopping, games, and cuticle care. (pitch perfect, anyone?) i would prefer a professional, female roommate who saves their partying for the weekend. but not too much partying :)
