lessor looking for a (female preferable) 6-month (negotiable for longer) for an 11' x 13' bedroom with own bathroom in a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that i own. huge walk-in closet and ceiling fan in (2nd floor) upper level condo. must be professional, courteous, and non-smoker.no couples, students, or pets, sorry.
condo association amenities included in your rent: club house, grill in common area, outdoor pool and jacuzzi, workout room open 24 hours a day with access card, plenty of parking!
$850 rent includes: all utilities (cable, water, electric, & gas), wifi, access to kitchen (microwave, fridge, and stove) and welcoming living room and balcony, washer/dryer in unit!
