this is a room up for rent in a 2br 2 ba apartment. it has a dresser, overhead light, rug, window and curtain, but the rest is really up to you. i already have three cats and a dog, so if you're allergic or don't like animals, this probably isn't the place for you. i'm not really looking to have any more pets around, but if it's something in a cage then maybe. since this apartment does have a second bath you can pretty much call that one your own. of course, you will have access to all of the common areas of the apartment, like the kitchen and livingroom. i do have a washing machine and a clothes line.rent is 200$ a month plus half the utilities, which includes electric, wifi, and tv
