rent is $420, good for students at unt who are looking for something close to campus, 2bed/2.5bath, 2-story apts. about a ten minute walk from unt, looking to rent out one room. my roommate is very sweet and i am just looking for someone to take over my lease, which ends in july, i have a family situation out of state, and i am trying to be with them asap. i would hate to leave my current roommate stranded! all you would need is bedroom furniture and bathroom items, everything else my roommate has covered. there is a built in fire place, a patio in the back, washer/dryer, refrigerator and microwave. the dining room table and living room furniture is already there. very cozy and nice, wish i did not have to leave :( please contact me for more info!
