i am looking for a roommate to come into my home. this is an exciting but nevervous thing. the bedroom/bathroom (guest have access to bathroom) are in the front of the condo. i am ok with a month to month lease with the thought of staying a year.
first, the condo is in a 55 and over community, however, i am 32. its a great condo and location. during the winter time, the snow bird traffic can be crazy but wether living her.
because this is my home, please be patient with me in making my discussion.
