this is a 3 bedroom apartment located on the corner of congress ave. and linton blvd. in delray beach, 33445. both my roommate and i are very easy-going. i am 20 years-old and work full time in health insurance and my roommate is 27 years-old. the apartment is furnished with full washer and dryer, tv, dishwasher, full cable. rent is 500.00/ month for the room and we split utilities which won't be more than 50.00 a month/person. the complex has a pool, tennis courts, fitness centers, and more. we keep the place neat and are looking for someone who will pick up after themself. the room that you will be moving into is not furnished, but the remainder of the apartment is with couches, coffee table, and tv stand, etc. smoking is allowed and there is a patio. no pets allowed. if you contact me through the site, i will be more than willing to give you my phone number so we can speak about specifics. gender and age are not a factor. we are very laid back and go out on occasion but mostly just work and relax. perfect location for public transportation, shopping on linton blvd., close to the beach. bonus: you will be getting the master bedroom/master bath.
