hello, this is a unique living situation because we have 3 horses. the rent is cheap, $400 plus utilities, so around $550 a month, but you have to help us feed the horses and clean up the ranch here and there. they get breakfast, lunch and dinner, each of which takes about 15 minutes to do, so it's not that much work. there are 3 of us living here now (and 2 cats inside), and we divide up the feeding schedule evenly. it's important that you like animals, and of course a huge plus if you can ride. otherwise, we are all very down-to-earth, not big party-people, and are looking for a new roommate and friend! the room is not huge, but we live on 2 acres, so there is plenty of space. you would be sharing the bathroom with one other person. the rest of the house is fully furnished. if this sounds like a place you'd be interested in, let us know!
