i am a young professional who owns on a gorgeous three-floor townhouse in the heart of uptown, one block from the katy trail! i'm looking for a roommate to rent my second bedroom starting march 1, 2011.

your bedroom on the first floor is huge (13x17) with a huge closet and a huge bathroom. the townhome has a two car garage. there is over 2000+ square feet of living space. the main living space includes a laundry room, patio, kitchen, dining & living area, fireplace. i have furnished all the areas except your bedroom, so all you have to do is move in your furniture and personal belongings!

super location, easy to get anywhere via 635, 35, 75, toll rd. very safe and quiet neighborhood, and close to shopping too! we would split the electric and cable/internet service (water and heating gas is included in the hoa). seeking a non-smoking, employed or graduate student roomie.

i work hard, have a healthy lifestyle, and don't want to deal with a lot of drama! i am fairly laid-back and not into heavy partying. i like to entertain at home and want someone i feel comfortable sharing a glass of wine with after a long workday! i am a bit of a neatnik so i wouldn't want to room with someone who leaves our common areas a mess. sorry no pets allowed! rent is $950 per month.
