desperately need an awesome roomie/bestie with whom to share my nice 2-br apt. (and asap)!immediately available is a 12' x 11' bedroom that has been freshly painted and the carpet freshly cleaned. it has a large 5' x 4' bay window overlooking a nice residential area, and it has a large 5' x 8' x 2' closet. aside from the central air conditioning, there is also a window air conditioner in the room for added cooling and comfort in addition, i may be able to assist my new roomie in furnishing it with furniture such as a bed or dresser (if needed).
i keep the apartment immaculately clean, maintain a quiet and peaceful environment/atmosphere within the apartment at all times, and virtually never have any guests. i'm also a huge animal lover, so if you own a pet, your baby will never be mistreated by me - if anything, he/she might just overdose on the tlc received from me (lol)!
in a nutshell, i'm a mature, responsible, intelligent, warmhearted, fun, laid-back (no-drama) kind of person. i'm a non-smoker, a non-druggie, and only a light social drinker. i am very much a "neat freak," but aside from that, i'm quite easy to get along with (lol)! in all candor, i consider myself to be a very good person and a very awesome roommate! and thus i want to live with a very good person and have a very awesome roommate in return!
