we have a room for rent in a 5 bedroom 2.5 bath, 3000 sq foot house. it is in an ideal location just 2 minutes from i35 and a short drive to unt. we have both males and females in the house and our ages range from 18-21. we are 420 friendly, throw parties once in awhile but it isnt huge on our to do list. we are just looking for someone who can pay their rent and utilities (would not exceed 450), is respectful of others in the house and cleans after themselves. we cannot allow any pets because we already have two dogs. we are really chill and easy to get along with and are just looking for someone to move in sometime soon. we are also very accepting of everyone and pretty much everything within reason. please be funny.
