the condo has 3 parking spots for each of the roomates that is located directly in front of the condo. there is guest parking available.the two bedrooms on the left are attached(one bedroom by the front entrance and one by the back entrance). you will have your own vanity and walk in closet. the seperate tub and toilet area is what connects the two bedrooms. you will be able to to lock from both sides. each door to the bedrooms has a key entrance. all common areas are furnished and professionally decorated. you will need to furnish your own bedroom. the living area, all the bedrooms and closets are newly carpeted with neutral berber carpet; the whole condo is painted a dark neutral cream. the entrance, kitchen, dining, and back hallway are tiled. the laundry area is located in the back(next to the backyard door. the backyard has a patio and is very low maintenance. - on bus route - close to texas a&m campus (3 miles) - blinn college, bryan(approx. 7 miles-14 minutes) - small backyard - washer and dryer included - fully furnished common areas (surround sound in living room!) - fully decorated common areas - fully equipped kitchen - new carpet and paint in every room - and more…. rent is $450 plus bills split 3 ways, it’s usually around $500-525. this includes utilities, cable, and high speed wireless internet. it’s a cute place that has been re-done. cozy- feels like home!
