female roommate needed to take over my lease starting december 15th. i am transferring to another school in january and need someone to take over the rest of my lease for the spring. my roommates are all great, 2 if them are 20 and one is 21. they are happy positive girls that love to have a good time but are serious about school work!!about the house: the house has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms so you would have your own bedroom and private bathroom. it is an adorable 2 story brick house that is brand new. it has granite counter tops in the kitchen and in all bathrooms.there is also wood flooring in the bedroom that is available which is in the back of the house on the first floor. the house is fully furnished so all you need is furniture for your bedroom!! there is a patio with a fenced in back yard! there is a huge cemented lot behind the house for lots of parking!! also there is a park and ride for the a&m buses right across the highway at the mall which is about a block away.
the neighborhood: it's located in horse haven estates right behind academy and gander mountain. it's filled with really nice college students. there is a gas station right down the road and the mall is extremely close where you could catch the bus to take to the grocery store and any other shopping that you need. the location is awesome!
rent: rent is $450 a month plus utilities which are split 4 ways and we usually can keep them pretty low! also internet and cable are $38 total a month!
also this is an individual lease that starts december 15th 2011 - july 31st 2012!
pets: any pet that does not shed is more than welcome!! two of the roommates have really bad allergies to shedding animals so they can't live with them. anything else that doesn't shed is soo welcome ((:
please no smoking!!!
