i have a nice home in chesterfield county with an above ground pool and i am looking for a female roommate to rent out one of my bedrooms with a private bath for $500 per month. the $500 includes all utilities and wireless internet access, you will be responsible for your cable service in your bedroom if you want it. i am a divorced single female, in my 30's with no children and prefer a female that is trustful and responsible like myself...my home is clean and organized and i would like someone that cleans up after themselves. no drama, drugs, or pets. you can smoke outside if you like. i am pretty easy to get along with, i do like to have fun on the weekends and will stay up late. i work day work throughout the week so things are quiet during work days. i have 3 small dogs, which you would have to like because they stay in the house and they will check you out and want to spend time with you. you will have to sign a month-to-month contract. also, you may have to do a background check and provide references. shoot me an email if you would like to come check out the place :)
