i have 1 unfurnished room available in my house for another roommate. i am a male and live with my cousin that's a female. we pretty much keep to ourselves, and live fairly busy lives. the house is in chesterfield and is 5 min from chippenham, 10 min from 288, and 10 min from i-95. it is also 15 min from downtown richmond, 15 min from midlothian, and 25 min from fort lee. the house is 12,000sq ft and the room is 120sq ft. i have a fenced in backyard, washer and dryer, and plenty of parking. you will have internet and cable access which is included in the rent. i also have a 2yo black lab that is very friendly. my personality/hobbies: hardworking, quiet, crossfit, powerlifting, cars, school my cousin's personality/hobbies: music, working out, hardworking, shopping, playing games, reading, wine festivals, going to the beach & busch gardens.
