my house is on a corner lot, in a quiet small subdivision surrounded by pine trees.
great neighbors!
grocery shopping, starbucks, resturants etc. within 5 minutes from my home. hwys 288 and 95, within 5 minutes.
i'm 15 minutes from the city richmond and centrally located between the mountains and the beach.
both about 1 1/2 hours away.
2 shopping malls about 15 minutes away also.
the college is about 5 minutes away.
i'm looking for a responsible room mate who pays their rent on time each month.
trustworthy and open communications a must.
my home doesn't have a revolving door for over night guest or partiers.
i don't mind occationally cooking for the both of us, having guests over or lending a helping hand if needed. general areas stay comfortably clean.
****i have the room for rent as month to month, allowing either of us the option to change the situation if necessary, but long term would be nice. :)
