the home is two story, 2.5 bath, with a large well appointented kitchen, dining room, den w/fp and laundry room. the backyard offers a two tiered deck overlooking a small stocked pond with small dock. there is a propane firebox, grill, and plenty of seating for outdoor eating, relaxing, or occasional entertaining. owners have dogs. the home is well cared for and immaculately maintained.

the current roommate is military and relocating soon. the room & house is available for inspection immediately. owners require future roommate to meet in person to sign the lease; no exceptions. $600 rent plus utilities.
