room for rent in 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the birches apartment complex in greenbrier area of chesapeake. we are a young professional engaged couple who have lived here for a year and really like it. we have decided to split the rent with a roommate to help us save up for the wedding. we are responsible, respectful, clean and friendly and would want the same from our roommate. rent would give you the master bedroom and attached private bathroom and walk in closet. room is approx 10 x 12, plus bath. you also have full access to common areas, which are kitchen, living room, dining room, and large balcony. all these come fully furnished (ie: you can use our furniture, just be respectful). room can be either partially or unfurnished. bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with the common areas in between. prefer non smoker, but are willing to consider an outside smoker. male or female okay. we have a cat and are willing to consider another pet as long as they get along with the cat. utilities are internet, water, and electric and you would be responsible for 1/3, which should run about $50-75/m. negotiable with length of contract. please contact to set up a time to tour the place if interested.
