i'm renting a bedroom in my townhouse in greenbrier (chesapeake, va, right behind greenbrier mall) which includes a bedroom and a private half bathroom. you will have access to the full bathroom with shower, large front-loading washer/dryer, a living room with 42-inch plasma hdtv w/ fios tv and hbo and a dining room. the kitchen is equipped with a microwave, deep freezer, stove/oven and dishwasher. i have a back deck with weber grill, and also fios high speed internet (50 mbps down / 50 mbps up).

there is also a half bathroom downstairs and fully furnished. the only thing you'd need as far as furniture is stuff for the bedroom (bed, dresser, etc.). just need to be able to live with a cool dog (malani) and cat (jango).

everything for $650 / month!
includes utilities. you only need to buy your own food.
