looking to rent out the spare room of our 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.spare room is unfurnished. it is a decently sized room, not large but decent.
room has a large spacious closet and beautiful carpet not to mention a large window.
all closet space (bathroom, kitchen, hall closets) will be split evenly.
the apartment is located in chesapeake area off if indian river road.
about us:
we are a female couple both 20 years old. we are looking for either male or female or couple as a roommate. we are not big partyers. we don’t smoke (don’t mind it) but do drink on occasion. there are both a cat and a dog living here already and there is no more room on our pet policy.
i watch a 7 month old infant in home 5 days a week. my fiancã©e works as well as in college full time. we are a drama free fun loving couple.
all roommates must be approved through the apartment complex. the application fee for the complex is $135 for the first person and $100 for the second. due to apartment rules you can not have any felonies or any misdemeanors within the last 3 years involving drugs or assault.
rent is $500 a month; that includes everything, all utilities wi-fi and cable. there is a pool and laundry services on site. the neighborhood is quiet and we have barely spoken to neighbors.
other then the application fee no money is due to move in until the end of the month.
