hello!we are two females in their early 20s living in a 4 bedroom house. we would like to rent out the remaining two bedrooms to bring down the rent significantly.
the total rent for the home is 1400 not including utilities. if we only find one roommate, the rent would be around 470, which is still a great price!
we are fun, outgoing, clean roommates who are looking for the same in a 3rd or 4th.
