hey there!i currently have a master bedroom and private bath available for $665 a month plus utilites. i'm already moved out, so the lease can start whenever you want and the lease is up on april 25th (with the option to renuw automatically if desired) my current roommate is awesome, and i'm sad i have to go. she's 24, clean, fun, respectful, and always on time with the bills.
the room had it's own bathroom, linen closet, and huge walk-in closet. it's painted close to "tiffany blue" right now, but i can paint it back to white if you prefer.
the complex has tons of free parking, 24 hour gym, great pool in the summer, and is 2 minutes from 66,29,and 28. it's also 5 minutes from fair oaks mall/fair lakes area.
